Dr Katrin (Christine Neubauer) thinks she is hallucinating and promptly faints when she sees her deceased husband standing over his grave. He turns out to be the twin brother of her late husband. Two orphans are discovered on the grounds of Gugulethu Clinic, and no one can explain who is digging up large clumps of the protected Hoodia plant.
